Your question could change everything.
Hey Doer,
How are you, really?
Hope you’re taking it easy and being kind to yourself. I just wanted to check in and gist a bit.
This past week has been full. Not just work-wise, but heart-wise. Lagos is Lagos-ing as usual, but somehow, I’m managing to stay grounded (thank God for family, soft meals, 😅).
Shout out to everyone who replied to the last email or dropped a word of encouragement. I see you. I appreciate you.
Now to today’s gist.
I recently dropped a fresh episode in the Power Pillar series - Pillar 4: The Power of Questions. And honestly, this one shook me too.
The quality of your life is tied to the quality of your questions.
Especially the ones you dare to ask yourself.
🔸 What am I tolerating that I shouldn’t be?
🔸 What fear is quietly running my life?
🔸 Who am I becoming?
🔸 What part of me needs healing, not hiding?
When you stop asking questions, you stop growing.
When you start asking the right ones, life starts moving again.
It’s not always about having answers right away. Sometimes, it’s just about making space to reflect, Letting it stretch you. Letting it shift something inside.
In this episode, I also shared:
• Why God welcomes your questions (yep, even the uncomfortable ones)
• How to use “The Five Whys” to dig deep
• How to ask questions that build, not just gather info
• One way to stop surface-level small talk and build deeper connections

Think about it:
• In your career: Have you asked for feedback lately?
• In your spiritual life: Have you been bold enough to ask, ‘Lord, what are You calling me to let go of?’
• In your relationships: When last did you ask, ‘How can I love you better?’ ‘What is the direction of this relationship AKA ‘what are we’? 😆
The unasked question is the unclaimed opportunity.
Before You Go… just asking…
What question have you been avoiding lately?
What would happen if you finally asked it?
I’d love to hear your thoughts, hit reply and tell me what question you’re committing to ask this week. Don’t forget to watch the video HERE
Always in your corner,
Victoria
